At Ameripro Funding, we believe it is extremely important to recognize the efforts of our team members that display our values in their daily work. With that in mind, I am very pleased to announce the following “WOW Award” Winner.

Freddy Duarte: Several months ago a customer, Isaac C.,  started working with Freddy Duarte who was a referral from his realtor. Isaac pulls credit all the time and is very aware of his credit, so he did not want to have his credit pulled immediately. He wanted to wait until he was ready to move forward. Freddy was willing to trust him and wait to pull credit until he gave the go ahead. Isaac has worked with others in the business and was previously given this response “well this is just how we work”, so he was quite surprised and pleased to find Freddy was willing to be so flexible. Isaac really appreciated how Freddy didn’t make him feel as pressured as he was in his previous experiences.  Isaac was really impressed with the rates that Freddy provided him, they were better than he was quoted 6 months ago when the rates were supposedly at their lowest. He felt that Freddy worked really hard to secure the best rates, which saved him $25,000 over the length of his mortgage.

Freddy also helped him get through the process of securing the 2nd Mortgage which was very difficult due to the age and condition of the house. The house he purchased was about 100 years old, so it didn’t have an existing HVAC system. Freddy helped Isaac find a contractor to install a HVAC to bring the property in compliance. Lastly, he and his team did a fantastic job of communication. He was never sitting there wondering what was happening or where they were in the process. Either Freddy or a team member was constantly in contact to give updates. Isaac felt he had such a great experience that he will definitely refer Freddy Duarte anytime he has a chance.
