Joe Barletta, originally born in New Orleans, LA, purchased his first piece of real estate at the age of 20. He has been a dedicated real estate investor ever since. Joe graduated from Southeastern Louisiana State University and is currently attending Texas State University’s MBA program in Construction Development. Joe began his career in real estate by being recruited as an agent for Countrywide Home Loans. After 18 months of working retail and being nationally recognized throughout the company by sales awards and achievements, Joe found himself leaning towards making a career for himself by entering into the wholesale side of the industry. Mr. Barletta possesses an immense passion for real estate finance and has been recognized by his business affiliates and colleagues for providing his clientele with insight and consulting strategies to successful real estate transactions. In his spare time, Joe enjoys fishing and athletic recreational programs such as golf, and football.
