Freddy F. Duarte
Prior to Founding Maker Capital Group, Freddy Duarte was a partner with Manhattan Lending in Austin, Texas. Freddy began his real estate career in 2002 with Conseco Finance - a national mortgage & insurance company based in Indiana. In his capacity with Conseco Finance, Freddy's responsibilities included performing at a top sales level and managing an existing portfolio of clients. In his 6 years in finance, Freddy has excelled as a ”Top Producer” and “Salesman of the Year”.
Freddy has leveraged his background in real estate finance to offer a broader concept of real estate investments. His experience on both sides of a real estate transactions provides a broader perspective that enables him to offer his clients a unique service. Freddy brings a broad set of analytical skills to those client’s whose needs are complex and require creative solutions.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his son Mason, newborn Parker and loving wife, Jessica.
