Craig McGuire, born
and raised in El Paso, Texas, James Craig McGuire has become a
hard working and diligent professional. Raised as the middle son
with two other brothers, there was plenty of competition
throughout his childhood. Work was part of life, and life was
part of work. After graduating from high school, he enrolled in a
local college while working in a variety of jobs becoming
fascinated with taking on new challenges.
Travel became an important part
of life. Growing up in a border town allowed him to become
culturally diverse and develop an appreciation for life as a
whole. After traveling in
Europe for two months he found himself back in El Paso wondering
where the next stage of his life would take him. He decided to
move to Austin and finish college. He enrolled at Texas State
University, formerly known as Southwest Texas State (San Marcos),
to finish his degree in business management. Fascinated with
wildlife, he soon became interested in wildlife biology as well
and started taking classes in both fields. He graduated in
December 2004 with degrees in both business and wildlife biology.
After an extensive
post-graduation job search, an opportunity to become a loan
consultant and mortgage professional arose. The certification
process meant another challenge that he met with intense study
and hard work. Currently he is working with Maker Capital Group,
LLC. and enjoys every aspect of his job and the obligations set
fourth to his clients, thus building strong lifelong
relationships.
